How many people do I need for a reservation?
There is no minimum or maximum - couples or groups are welcome!

Do you require a minimum?
We need a minimum of 6 people to run our tours (8 in Cape May). Ours buses seat 14 so if you have less than 6 people (8 in Cape May), and the minimum has been met, you will be joined by others that have also signed up for the day. Should only 1-5 people book (1-7 in Cape May) on any given day, we do reserve the right to cancel the tour and refund the customer.

Do I get to pick the wineries/route?
If you have a preference on which wineries you would like to go to, we can certainly try to accommodate your request, although we cannot guarantee it.

Can I request a different pick up location other than those listed?
Yes, we can arrange a special pick up location for an additional charge, however, there are limits.  We strive to fit the day into a reasonable time frame for our drivers and your convenience. Please call for more details.

What time is pick up and drop off?
Pick up and drop off time varies due to the number of people and pick up locations.  Approximate pick up is between 10:30 and 11:45 AM with a drop off between 5:00 and 6:30 PM.

What does the package price include?
Your tour guide/driver, VIP tastings, transportation (local), tour & lunch are included. The only thing not included in the fee is your gratuity for your tour guide/driver. We suggest a minimum of 15% cash gratuity.  Tour prices are $145 to $160 per person (prices vary by location and type).

Can we bring a minor along on a tour?
You must be 21 years of age to take a tour with us.

Can we bring alcohol along to drink on the bus?
No, we do not allow consumption of alcohol on our buses. There is plenty to drink throughout the day!

Can we bring our own wine/beverages to have at lunch?
No, the restaurants we work with all have liquor licenses, but do allow our groups to bring wine in from the first winery to enjoy with lunch. Only wine purchased from the first stop is allowed at the restaurants.

Can I book a private bus for my group?
You can reserve one of our 14 passenger buses for your group. If your group is not that large, but you would still like a private bus, empty seats are sold for $75 per person.

Can you accommodate a group over 14 people?
At the request of the wineries, we no longer offer tours for groups over 14 on Saturdays.  If you do have a group over 14, please call for more details.

If I book a tour for just 2 people, will we be joining others on the tour?
Yes, it is most likely you will be on one of our buses with other couples and/or groups.
